Phoenix Launches Online Animal Neglect Reporting Option

The City of Phoenix now offers a reporting option for ongoing animal neglect issues through the myPHX311 website. Residents are encouraged to fill out the form available at https://phoenix-gov.formstack.com/forms/animal_neglect. Once submitted, the report is directed to the appropriate agency, which may include the City of Phoenix Neighborhood Services, Maricopa County Animal Control, the Arizona Humane Society, or the Phoenix Police Department.

This form is not meant for animals that are currently in distress. In such cases, individuals should call Phoenix Police at 602-262-6151 immediately. Additional information about the reporting process can be found at https://www.phoenix.gov/newsroom/police/2847ANIMAL_NEGLECT.
