Maricopa County has invested over $2 million in affordable housing at the Casa Del Sol Community in Wickenburg. An open house is scheduled for November 17, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. The event will allow visitors to tour 16 available single-family homes, walk through various floor plans, and receive detailed information about the properties.

During the open house, potential homebuyers can learn about the down payment assistance program offering at least $78,000. County officials and representatives from AllThrive 365 will be on site to answer questions and provide guidance on pricing, home features, and other details.
