Teams from the City of Tempe, Maricopa County, and the State of Arizona are beginning damage assessments over the next few days following a storm that hit the area on Monday. The evaluations will determine the effects on local homes and businesses. Residents are encouraged not to wait for the assessment teams but to report their situation immediately using the online self-reporting form available at tempe.gov/TempeStorm. Tony Butch, Assistant Chief of Tempe Fire Medical Rescue, issued the guidance.
