Columbus City Schools will host the Pathway Express event on Saturday, December 14, 2024, from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium, located at 4850 W Powell Rd., Powell, OH 43065. The event will focus on STEM and Zoology education.

The scheduled activities will include free flu shots, an exploration of freshwater mussels with the Watters Aquatic Conservation Center, and a promotion of environmental responsibility by Keep Columbus Beautiful. Attendees can also enjoy free books and giveaways while supplies last, as well as the zoo's holiday lights display.

Tickets for the event are limited and required for entry to the zoo. Free parking will be available for those who register for tickets. Additionally, free transportation will be provided, with shuttle buses departing from Northland, Walnut Ridge, West, and South High Schools at 3:00 p.m. Buses will return to the schools at 8:00 p.m. after the event.

Organizers encourage individuals and families to reserve tickets before they run out.
