Staff Report / Bucklocal.org

The Buckeye Equestrian & Events Center will host roping events throughout September, specifically on the 7th, 14th, 21st, and 28th. Participants can enter the competitions starting at 6 PM, with the roping beginning at 7 PM.

Two types of handicap ropings will be featured:

1. **#12.5 Handicap**: Contestants will rope 4 steers and have the option to pick 1 draw, with the choice of drawing 1 or drawing 2, for an entry fee of $150. Participants may enter up to three times, and there is an 80% payback.

2. **#9.5 Handicap**: This event will involve 3 steers, where competitors can pick 1 draw and have no number caps. The entry fee is $120, and participants may also enter up to three times.

All entries must be made in cash, and all ropings will be progressive after the first one. Management reserves the right to adjust or change numbers and ropings.
